We are currently running planning on complex deal for an airspace development in S London.

• We are in the process of undertaking a Joint Venture with a land owner to acquire & build out the airspace rights above an existing busy retailer.

• We are looking to build 10 new residential airspace units above the existing block.

• We are acquiring the airspace rights in conjunction with the freeholder and looking to add 2 extra stories of residential airspace units.

• We will then sell the units for a profit split with the site owner.

We are looking for similar airspace opportunity development sites either on an intro fee basis or joint venture with the land owner from Zone 2 outwards.
